The Project will occur at 16 culverts and two overside downdrains which convey streams and stormwater which accumulates within the right-of-way directly into the adjoining Kern River between post mile 13.6 and post mile 48.85 east of the city of Bakersfield in Kern County. The culverts were designated Locations 3, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 25, 31, 32, 34, 36, 38, 39, 40, and 63 by Permittee.
