Document Description
Caltrans, in cooperation with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) and the City of San José, proposes to modify the existing I-280/Winchester Boulevard interchange by constructing a new tunnel off-ramp from northbound I-280 towards Winchester Boulevard. The Project would also construct a new direct connector ramp from northbound SR-17 to northbound I-280 and would replace the existing Monroe Pedestrian Overcrossing.
