DWR proposes to rehabilitate the drainage system uphill of the Oroville Dam HYPP by removing vegetation, installing an access road, extending a culvert pipe, and making some slope improvements. The porpose of the project is for the safety of the HYPP Facilities specifically the Switchyard and Palermo Tunnel.
