Document Description
The property owners, Mr. Mark Roos and Ms. Sarah Roos, are required by the Fire Marshal to replace the existing private driveway bridge with a new bridge that meets load and width requirements for modern fire emergency vehicle. To ensure stability of the new bridge, a 25 linear foot segment of eroding bank underneath the right bank abutment footing will be stabilized with riprap to prevent existing trees and bridge infrastructure from failing into Nicasio Creek. Native riparian trees and shrubs will be planted adjacent to the project site.
