The proposed project Is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15321 (Class 21) as an action to enforce violations of county code, ordinances, or other requirements and permits or approvals issued by the county, and pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense) because it can be seen with certainty that there Is no possibility that adoption of this ordinance to improve ongoing enforcement efforts may have a significant effect on the environment. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply, There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
