Notice of Exemption for repairs and reinforcement to wood piles supporting a commercial marina. The project consists of reinforcement of six piles at the Barnhill Marina that were deemed structurally deficient and insufficient for continued reliable use. Four of the six piles require steel sleeves to maintain the structural integrity of the Marina. The proposed Project would install steel sheath/sleeves (piles) over the existing failing wood piles.
