The interior and exhibit lighting of the Pio Pico Adobe Mansion is no longer considered a safe operable product under NEC regulations. Current track lighting system is over 15 years old, and repair or replacement parts are no longer available. Replacement to be 120 volts and shall be in kind lighting upgrade.
