Document Description
Demolish existing SFMTA transit facility and construct 1,250,000-gross-square-foot (gsf), 70- to 150-foot-tall building containing a four-level, 70-foot-tall replacement transit facility (700,000 gsf, up to 213 buses) and a joint development with commercial uses (3,000 gsf) and residential uses (up to 530,000 gsf and 513 units). A project variant is also proposed, which would construct Bryant Street housing (103 units) but replace podium housing with SFMTA’s Paratransit Operations.
