The Project is composed of three elements: (1) construct a solar facility to offset energy consumption costs at the WWTP, (2) install a new aeration flotation system to reduce algae contamination at the WWTP, and (3) upgrade up to 4 miles of existing sewer pipelines, manholes and services to decrease stormwater and groundwater infiltration.
