- The CA Department of Water Resources is proposing to limb up trees, shrubs, and overgrown vegetation and remove unhealthy trees and vegetation on approximately two acres. Work will be completed using hand crews supported by a chipper and/or pile burning. Goats may also be used vegetation management.

As such, the Categorical Exemption Class 4 will be used for CEQA compliance.
