construction of a 23-story multifamily residential tower with a maximum height of 274 feet comprised of 240 residential units, communal space, a rooftop deck, a four-level automated parking system, including one basement level (additional parking to be provided in off-site), and removal of six trees, including two ordinance-size trees on an approximately 0.45-gross acre site.
