Document Description
A grant to State Coastal Conservancy to acquire 44± acres of land for the protection of habitat for nesting and foraging habitat for state-listed Belding's savannah sparrow, foraging habitat for California least tern, and other sensitive species. The property shall also be conserved for the purposes of wildlife habitat preservation, restoration and management, wildlife-oriented education and research, and for compatible public or private uses consistent with wildlife habitat preservation and protection of sensitive biological resources.
