Document Description
The project involves the development of 21 townhomes on a 1.57 acre parcel located at 547 Airport Boulevard Project. Three of the 21 units would be deed restricted as affordable units per the City's Affordable Housing Ordinance. The proposed townhomes are grouped in 4 buildings with a total footprint of 18,927 square feet. Each unit includes three bedrooms and would provide housing for an estimated 78 people.
