Authorize issuance of a General Lease – Protective Structure Use beginning August 11, 2019, for a term of 10 years, for the use and maintenance of existing Phase I bank protection consisting of a geo-web erosion control system and wooden retaining wall, and, if necessary, construction of Phase II bank protection involving the installation of approximately 1,000 square feet of small rock and the planting of native vegetation.
