- The purpose of this Project is to repair and stabilize four sites within Stanley Reach that were improved as part of the Arroyo Mocho Stanley Reach Riparian Restoration and Channel Enhancement Pilot Project (Stanley Reach Pilot Project) constructed in 2013, but were destabilized or otherwise damaged during heavy winter storms in early 2017. The Stanley Reach Stabilization Project (Project) proposed by Zone 7 would repair and stabilize a total of approximately 1,670-linear feet of channel at four sites within the Arroyo Mocho Stanley Reach flood channel located in the western portion of the City of Livermore between North Murrieta Boulevard on the east, and Isabel Avenue/State Highway 84 (Highway 84) on the west
