The Project will occur at four sites within four tributaries to the San Joaquin River; three along 5.6 miles of Million Dollar Road between the Big Creek Powerhouse Number 3 and Big Creek Powerhouse Number 8, and one site is located along upper Canyon Road, in the Sierra National Forest approximately 50 miles from the City of Fresno, Fresno and Madera Counties, State of California; USGS 7.5-Minute Quadrangle Map Musick Mountain, MDB & M.
