The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0237-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. Project activities include installation of a culvert, vented ford, temporary crossings, erosion repairs, waterhole construction, and maintenance, operations, and other activities at water drafting sites, and perform erosion mitigation activities, related to the South Stan Timber Harvest Plan in Tuolumne County, 4-19-00189/TUO.
