- The Limoneira Lewis Community Builders, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company "VENTURE", proposes to construct a third eastbound and westbound travel lane on SR-126 with accommodation for a future eastbound right tum lane on SR-126 east of Hallock Drive to accommodate a future development southeast of this intersection in the City of Santa Paula at post mile (PM) R 12.98 to PM R l 3.50. The proposed project also includes constructing dual left turn lanes on eastbound SR- 126 to northbound Hallock Drive along with an additional right turn for westbound SR-126 to northbound Hallock Drive. Other improvements include constructing ADA-compliant curb ramps, curb and gutter along SR-126, drainage, hot mix asphalt overlay, re-striping, signing, and traffic signal upgrades.
