Document Description
Issue Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency to conduct cultural and environmental surveys, and conduct test borings on the levee for flood control purposes. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
