Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0308-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Bruce Breitler. The project is limited to the demolition and removal of a failing concrete retaining wall near an existing residence. The failing retaining wall will be replaced with approximately 1,000 square foot biotechnical riprap bank stabilization structure, interplanted with dogwood, along approximately 100 linear feet. The new bank stabilization structure will occupy the same footprint as the existing failed retaining wall.
