The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS No. 11986-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ann Tung. The project is limited to remediating site conditions that are in violation of Fish and Game Code. Generally, the work includes abandoning and restoring stream channels where water diversion was occurring, cleaning up trash and various areas of deleterious substances.
