This project involves 1) the replacement or reconstruction of an existing timber fence and the new fence will be located on the same site and have substantially the same purpose as the current fence, 2) the construction of a new timber fence, which consists of a small structure, and 3) the decompaction and revegetation to disturbed areas due to unauthorized use, which will result in minor alterations to the
land.
