Document Description
The Project is limited to grading approximately 11,500 square feet of previously undisturbed land, with approximately 1,600 cubic feet of cut and 1,600 cubic feet of fill. In addition to the grading a new 2-inch PVC water line will be trenched across an unnamed tributary to Clear Creek. All activity will occur while the existing tributaries and drainages are dry.
