- Document Description
- The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) proposes to construct an Arizona crossing (low water crossing) to provide reliable access to Haiwee Power Plant facility and to provide protection the newly installed Haiwee penstock. The Arizona crossing will prevent potential heavy erosion by stormwater flows in the project areas. Maintaining the existing road is critical to the facility since it is an access point for plant personnel and used as security patrol routes. Penstock protection is critical to prevent damage to the penstock.
