The California Department of Transportation proposes a chip seal overlay project in Tulare County on State Routes 65, 190, 245, and 198 in various locations. The project would overlay the existing pavement with a chip seal. All work would be on existing pavement. No shoulder backing would be performed, and no new right-of-way would be required.
