Document Description
The project would install a pond aerator at the Los Encinos pond to oxygenate and reduce stagnant water. Currently, high nitrogen levels are accumulating in the pond due to fowl feces, resulting in algal blooms which are resulting in environmental and human hazard as well as reduced aesthetics for visitors.
