Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0337-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Poston Crest Vineyard/Bunker LLC. Poston Crest Vineyard/Bunker LLC holds two appropriative water right Licenses (L10734 and L9834) from the State Water Resources Control Board for storage and use of an on channel 27.2-acre-foot reservoir. The reservoir was constructed prior to 1953 and is filled by impounding water from a small watershed behind an earthen berm. An overflow channel is located on the south side of the pond/reservoir and conveys water to an unnamed tributary that ultimately joins Blossom Creek. No improvements, upgrades, or changes in use to the reservoir will be made.
