- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0135-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael Duffy (Redwood Empire Sawmills). The project is limited to culvert replacement at map points BL 35.20 #200, BL 35.75 #1300, and BL 35.75 #3000; and water drafting from an unnamed Class II watercourse approximately 200 feet upstream of map point BL 35.75 #3000, as denoted in the approved 1-20-00076 SCR “Buzzard” Timber Harvest Plan (THP).
