- The purpose of the Project is to resolve a Notice of Violation issued by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife by completing necessary road crossing upgrades. The upgraded road crossings will remediate for unauthorized modifications to existing drainages. Remediation work would occur at nine different locations that are jurisdictional waters.
