The California Department of Transportation, using state and federal funds, is proposing a new disposal site located on State Route 299 at Post Mile 12.2. The disposal site is within 0.91 acres of the Caltrans right of way. The purpose of the project is to provide disposal limits to allow capacity for capital and maintenance activities.
