Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0143-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to United Waters. United Waters Conservation District will routinely remove accumulated sands from the concrete channel-lined inlet of the Freeman Diversion facility to maintain functionality of the facility. Sand will be removed utilizing an excavator-mounted suction pump.
