The project is limited to the following activities: the grading and filling of an ephemeral stream channel; the creation of an emergency vehicle access road; riparian tree and vegetation removal; the replacement of a culvert; the creation of 0.36 acre of mitigation riparian areas; and the replacement of trees and vegetation. Disturbed areas will be stabilized with biodegradable erosion control features, hydroseeding, replanting, and minor pavement repair.
