Document Description
The project applicant is proposing a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change to a Planned Area District, and a vesting Tentative Tract Map, to allow the development of 94 single-family homes. The development of the proposed project would require re-configuration of a portion of the golf course and the removal of existing mature eucalyptus trees within the project site boundaries and adjacent to the golf course. The project proposes a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from Parks and Recreation to Open Space and Low Density Residential, which allows for 5 to 15 dwelling units per acre (du/acre). The proposed project would designate 9.3 acres as Open Space and 16.2 acres as Low Density Residential.
