Reasons for Exemption
The proposed improvements will upgrade the existing water quality monitoring and SCADA equipment at the Happy Camp Community Water Services Community Water Tank on Elk Creek Rd. The proposed actions will bring community water system into compliance with EPA's LT1ESWTR and LT2ESWTR rules.
