Document Description
The Department of Water Resources, San Joaquin Field Division (SJFD) is proposing to restore the drainage system on the north side of "B" road, which is located just north of SJFD. The work is required to prevent overflow onto the road during severe winter storms. The work would involve grading in a 40-foot-wide area along 1.25 miles of the road. A total of 13 CMP culverts exist as part of the road drainage system. These culverts will be cleared of sediment and debris. A v-ditch will then be reestablished to channel water, coming out of the culvert outlets, away from the road. All excess sediment will be transported to the nearby Wheeler Ridge spoil pile (.5 miles away).
