Document Description
he California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0023-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to City of Victorville. The project is limited to installation of a sewer line via horizontal directional drilling using jack and bore operations. The 18-inch diameter polyvinyl chloride pipe shall be installed 10 feet minimum below the wash bottom within a 30-inch diameter steel casing pipe. The sending and receiving pits shall be located in the access roads adjacent to the wash.
