San Francisco County Transportation Authority proposes to realign the configuration of the existing southbound I-280 freeway off-ramp from a single lane free right turn to a T-intersection for right turn only. The project will install a traffic signal to provide controlled crossing for pedestrian and bicyclist crossing at the new intersection.
