Document Description
The Project consists of constructing a replacement bridge and removing the existing bridge. Construction of the new bridge foundations, erection of the new bridge superstructure, and removal of the existing bridge will require construction equipment to access the creek bed. The creek bed will be de-watered by installing temporary cofferdams and a water diversion system if the creek bed is not naturally dry prior to construction. A temporary falsework tower will be constructed in the bed of Dry Creek to serve as temporary support for the new girders and for girder splicing. Rock Slope Protection (RSP) will be installed in Dry Creek to provide scour protection from high flows.
