Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Water Distribution System Improvement Project. The Project includes replacement of a severely deteriorated existing tank with a new 500,000-gallon water storage tank and replacement of deteriorated segments of water main pipelines with new four-to-eight-inch diameter pipelines throughout the City of Rio Dell. The Project also includes 58 new fire hydrants that will replace some of the existing deteriorated fire hydrants and 52 new fire hydrant caps, new pipe fittings, new distribution valves, appurtenances and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system improvements. All material and staging areas will be confined to paved roadsides and parking areas within the City of Rio Dell
