Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-28504-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, San Bernardino County Transportation Authority as represented by Sal Chavez. The project is limited to widening the eastbound (EB) and westbound (WB) Oak Glen Creek Bridge structures within Wilson Creek. It also includes constructing a truck climbing lane (TCL) along EB I-10 in the City of Yucaipa from the 16th Street overcrossing bridge to 0.2 mile east of the County Line Road undercrossing bridge by paving the existing dirt median and adding a concrete barrier to divide the EB and WB roadbeds. This is to advise that CDFW, acting as a Responsible Agency, approved the project described above on September 30, 2022, and has made the following determinations regarding the project pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 15096, subdivision (i):
