The City of Tracy, in coordination with Caltrans, proposes to improve the interchange at Interstate 1-580 at International Parkway/Patterson Pass Road between postmiles 12.6 and 14.3 near the City of Tracy in San Joaquin County, California. The existing compact diamond (Type L-1) interchange would be converted into a diverging diamond interchange (DOI).
