Document Description
The City of Santa Clara proposes to implement Resolution No. 19-8701, passed by the City Council on May 7, 2019, referred to here as the Renewable Parallel Generation Facilities Resolution, and to amend Silicon Valley Power’s Rules and Regulations. Implementing Resolution No. 19-8701 would amend SVP’s Rules and Regulations to require new or modified parallel generation facilities to meet the criteria for renewable electrical generation facilities as defined in Section 25741 of the California Public Resources Code.
