Approval of Permit No. 19662, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: For authorization to place 15 temporary wooden poles (15-in dia, 50-ft length, 8ft embedment depth) with overhead lines (PG&E and AT&T) along the waterside of Old Rover Road (12-ft waterward from edge of pavement) to relocate their facilities for the construction of the Sacramento Weir Widening Project. The temporary poles will be located for a duration of up to 42 months and will be removed after construction. The poles will be auger drilled with spoils becoming property of PG&E. There are 2 proposed overhead crossings of the levee/Old River Road, one at the northern end of the project and another at the southern end. The poles will be owned by both PG&E and AT&T. (PG&E Project 35159551).
