Approval of Permit No. 17130-1, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To authorize new underground telecommunications facilities near and through the proposed Sac Bypass north levee, widened Sacramento Bypass, fish passage, as part of the Sacramento Weir Widening project, a component of the American River Common Features 2016 Project. The facilities will include one (1) 12" diameter steel casing conduit, 21 HDPE inner ducts (inner duct diameter varies from 1.25" to 1.50"), fiber optic cables, and trace wire. The proposed work will also include manholes to be constructed for access to cable. The total length of the project is 3444 feet.
