- Issue a Right of Entry Permit and subsequent easement to Caltrans to repair and maintain infrastructure damaged in the 2019 Muir Fire along Highway 1 at post mile 9.3 in Mount Tamalpais State Park. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
