Reasons for Exemption
Water from the subject well was shown to meet the standards for drinking water. Installation of the well provides support for the existing system and no expansion of use is proposed. The number of residents served by this system will not be increased. The well site is not located in an area which shows uncommon sensitivity to environmental impacts. No increase in services provided by WWD 40 will occur as a result of this application.
