Document Description
The project will eliminate 2 existing at grade crossings by grade separating N. Blackstone Ave. and E. McKinley Ave. under the BNSF mainline. The project will improve on-time performance for the City's Bus Rapid Transit Service and remedy traffic for Fresno City College located at the northeast quadrant of the Blackstone and McKinley intersection.
