The District seeks to approve a lease agreement with the American Conservation Experience (ACE) for use of the Saddle Mountain property to house ACE work crew personnel. The property will be used solely for the purpose of providing a residential labor camp to provide labor on projects including but not limited to, trail building, resource management, structural restoration, park maintenance and construction projects.
