Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes to conduct bridge deck work at 13 locations in Fresno and Tulare Counties. The proposed work would include treating decks with methacrylate, replacing joint seals, chip seal removal, thermoplastic striping removal, placing polyester concrete overlays, installing and replacing signs, and repairing damaged asphalt concrete. Not all activities would be performed at every bridge. Work at Bridge No. 42-0368, Little Dry Creek, will include girder replacement and will not require any modification to the channel. All work would occur on the existing bridge structures and approaches, and no new right of way would be required. Nightwork is anticipated.
