The proposed project is a Use Permit for an Intermediate Freestanding Commercial Telecommunications Facility, intended to replace the existing 37-foot high monopole, including a 90-foot high monopole, associated ground equipment, 30 KW diesel generator, 190 gallon diesel fuel tank for the purpose of backup emergency power, located within a 300 square foot lease area, enclosed by a 6 foot fence on a 3.91 acre parcel.
